Why are we here? What purpose do we have? And if our time is limited yet just, what legacy can we leave behind… what must we leave behind? When we move beyond this world there are things that we cannot leave.
Love… charity… duty… honor… God – they are with us always and how we deal with these ideals in life is just as important as how we deal with them in death.
Life is full of wonder and rife with hardship. For those who are fortunate, there is a responsibility to give back to the world around us. The idea for The Wings Like Eagles Foundation was formed in death, forged when William M. Clements, founder of Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc., passed on. Adversity and the challenge of moving forward were bestowed upon his family and his company.
Perseverance and faith would raise a family and a company up on wings like eagles and the weariness and faintness could not shirk the souls of those who believe in something better and more wondrous than the world itself.
The Wings Like Eagles Foundation is but a new chapter in a legacy written long ago… a legacy of charity, humility, and grace. Through this Foundation, we will forge a new beginning of philanthropy and support unsurpassed in recent times in the communities we serve.
It will be a Foundation of cooperation, faith, and understanding. It will consider the good of its contributors and the vision of the future. It will soar… and build… and give back to this world so it will be a better place for all…
